Join Sagel Urlacher for this practical, accessible, and experiential 20hr Yoga Nidra Teacher Training Level I to explore the transformative and holistic healing practice of Yoga Nidra. Fri June 1- Sun Jun 3, 2018 in Boston, this 20hr training is open to everyone, including practitioners wanting to deepen their understanding and personal practice as well as yoga teachers desiring to offer effective, safe, and compassionate Yoga Nidra classes for their students.

About Yoga Nidra

The Practice of Yoga Nidra is the ancient Yogic science of deep relaxation and guided meditation. Yoga Nidra, “the sleep of the Yogi” is a profound state of relaxation, experienced as a completely effortless state of peace and pure bliss.

Typically performed in Savasana pose with the support of blankets for maximum comfort, Yoga Nidra is a journey into a transformational state between wakefulness and deep sleep that releases tensions accumulated deep in every layer of our being, allowing unconscious barriers to be removed and powerful to occur.

This is a transformational state between wakefulness and deep sleep that enhances physical, mental, and emotional sense of well-being by releasing tensions accumulated and held in these layers of our being to help us connect with the always present inner reservoir of ease, contentment, and joy within. This joy is who we are!

Approximate Program Hours: Fri 5-8pm, Sat 9-630pn, & Sun 9-630pm.
